Showroom Manager: Across South Wales

If you are an experienced store/branch manager or an assistant ready for the step up, we’d like to hear from you!  

Although not essential it would be beneficial if candidates had previous experience in DIY/building materials/home fittings & furnishings/bathrooms and/or tiling products.

Have you got a positive and conscientious attitude, with a willingness to complete tasks efficiently? 

If excellent staff management and focused customer service is uppermost in your mind as is your attention to detail and a strong work ethic, you’ll fit in well with Tile and Bath Co.

Managers and Assistants will work together to ensure optimum efficiency is attained in your store with the aim of delivering top quality customer service.

Key areas of responsibility will cover:

  • Management of staff and maintenance of staff rostering;
  • Ensuring all stocktaking is undertaken efficiently.
  • Inspection, management and reporting of customer returns activity.

Full control of product management including maintenance of merchandising product range(s) in line with requirements across the group of stores.

Managers will report to the Regional Manager.

Working Roster (both positions) Hours will be between 9am-5.30pm, 5 working days (40 Hours), over a 7 day rota period.


Showroom Assistant Manager: Across South Wales

Showroom Sales Assistant: Across South Wales

Reporting to the store management team (as above) we require sales assistants to support sales activities and aspire to store management positions. Previous experience in a retail environment would be an advantage although not essential if you possess a friendly and positive attitude, if you believe you have the ability to make customers feel at ease and confident in your ability to advise them and ultimately to make a purchase, then we’ll do the rest and teach you about our business culture and our products.
