All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. We always endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are correct, but advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out.
Fitting
All packages should be opened immediately after receipt of the goods to ensure everything is correct and as ordered, thoroughly checking for damage & visual characteristics, including shading. Report issues right away, before fixing, as we cannot accept late claims.
Receive and inspect all goods before arranging fixing as we cannot be held responsible for any lost time for tradespeople or others. Handle/Store all goods with care as accidental damage is easily done, especially during installation.
Any advice given by us or our staff relating to fixing products and installation is given in good faith but should be used as a general guide only as we have not carried out a survey of the place of installation of the Goods and cannot therefore be sure that our advice is correct. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct fixing products and sealants for the environment in which (and in particular the surface upon which) the Goods will be installed. We recommend that you take advice from a professional fitter. We do not offer an installation service and it is your responsibility to ensure a professional fitter is carrying out your installation. We strongly recommend that you take up independent references. We cannot therefore be responsible for the manner of installation of the Goods or for damage caused during or arising out of installation.
Refunds
Upon presentation of original sales invoice, at original purchase store, We will buy back a reasonable quantity of your overs, within 42 days of purchase date providing all goods are in good conditions and acceptable for resale in their complete unopened packaging. Return of complete or excess quantities will be subject to a minimum of 25% handling & admin charge. We cannot accept return of special orders or credit/replace goods that have been modified or fitted.
