My wife and I called at your premesis in Bridgend on Wednesday 28th March at 5.20pm, desperately trying to find some suitable floor tiles, but not realising that your store closed at 5.30pm.

We were greeted by Gemma who was just in the process of locking up, but despite the late hour, she gave us as much attention as if we had arrived first thing in the morning. Not once did she try and hurry us, in fact the complete opposite. She was more than helpful and seemed extremely knowledgeable about all the products she was selling, and even phoned around other stores to see what their stock was like. She then gave us samples to take away, which led us to placing an order the next day. We did not leave your store until nearly 6.00pm.

Your level of service was excellent, not to mention your wide choice of tiles, but what impressed us the most was your helpful assistant, Gemma, who is a credit to your company.

Having bought my tiles from your company and B&Q I would just like to let you know that the service offered by your company (Merthyr Tydfil) is far superior. My tiles were not in stock but were ordered promptly and all your staff were polite and friendly. I have been waiting two weeks to start my work as B&Q do not operate as efficiently. I just wanted to comment on the wonderful service we received from the fantastic Swansea store. Alan was superb, we were only looking originally, however we've now bought the suite, and the tiles, and are now going back for tiles for the kitchen and hall. I have recommended him to friends, who have also now purchased from there. It is so refreshing to go somewhere that gives honest service, and with excellent prices. The product is fantastic, but it's the people there that make the service first class.

Having purchased tiles from yourselves from the Merthyr Tydfil branch where the customer service (Gareth and Clive) was absolutely first-class. We unfortunately encountered what can only be described at best as a 'muppet-tiler' - all wall tiles and floor tiles had to be removed and disposed of such was poor level of workmanship. The help and support offered by Gareth and Clive (MT branch) and Andrew (Mgr - Caerphilly branch) in acquiring identical like-for-like tiles and the level of customer service was nothing short of being pristine - top-drawer ambassadors for Tile&BathCo - Well Done.
