Important Information: While our stores are temporarily closed we are able to provide contactless delivery for orders placed via our on-line service on this web-site: If you need to send an email requesting assistance for existing quotes or outstanding orders, can you make sure you (if applicable) include in your Email: The store you visited; date if known; name of the person the quote was issued to if no invoice was issued; your invoice number & the purchasers name on the invoice; identify the item(s) shown on the invoice you are enquiring about; your best contact number; by providing as much of the above as possible will allow us to quickly and efficiently resolve your requirements.
Due to the Governments latest guidelines, all Tile&BathCo stores will be CLOSED Temporarily and will re-open as soon as safe to do so.

Our Central Warehouse in Bridgend will be operating on a skeleton team, between 9AM and 11:30AM on Mondays and Thursdays.
Customers with existing orders
Customers that have recently placed an order in-store, for collection, we will no longer be able to allow collection from our stores. We may be able to offer alternative arrangements, please contact email@example.com, with your Invoice number, Date of Purchase, and the name of the store you purchased from.
Customers that have recently placed an order in-store, for home delivery, We will continue to deliver your order, however, please be aware that this may take longer than usual. We will keep you updated with our progress.
We will continue to process all website orders for delivery. However, due to operating a reduced resources, delivery lead times may take longer than normal. New Website orders for collection can be arranged from Central Warehouse in Bridgend, by strict appointment only.
